TOKYO, Jan. 16, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SYLA Technologies Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: SYT) (“SYLA” or “the Company”), operator of the largest membership real estate crowdfunding platform in Japan, Rimawari-kun, announced that SYLA Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, sold four buildings from its condominium brand, the SYFORME series, to a private fund managed by BlackRock’s Real Estate business.
Background of the Transfer
In December 2023, SYLA entered into an agreement on business collaboration with a private fund managed by BlackRock’s Real Estate business. This condominium sale represents a tangible milestone based on the agreement. Taking this opportunity, SYLA is committed to further strengthening the mutual collaboration, such as providing opportunities for the private fund managed by BlackRock’s Real Estate business to invest in SYLA’s real estate projects in Japan, particularly centered around its SYFORME condominium brand series.Overview of the Transferred Properties
